Using Vitalo
Vitalo is a food and wellness tracking app. Use it lawfully and do not abuse its services, impersonate others, or interfere with other accounts. These draft terms are not a substitute for a finalized agreement with the app operator.
Health and AI limitations
AI food estimates, suggested recipes, body metrics, and calorie targets can be inaccurate. Check portions, nutrition, allergies, and cooking safety yourself. Vitalo does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or guarantee weight loss.
Guest and linked accounts
A guest account is accessed through this installation. Reinstalling, clearing app data, or losing the device can remove access. Link an email or Google account for recovery. Signing into an existing account keeps its history separate from the guest history.
Your content and public sharing
Only upload content you have the right to use. Publishing a recipe makes its content, images, and creator information visible to others in Vitalo. Profile photos can be viewed by anyone with the photo link. Do not publish private information or misleading health claims.
Community conduct
Do not post harassment, unlawful content, spam, or dangerous instructions. Users can report public content. Reported recipes and comments can be reviewed, hidden, or removed by moderators.
Availability and support
Features may change or be unavailable while the app is being developed. Support is available by email; in-app ticket delivery is not implemented. Vitalo support is not a medical or emergency service.
Before public release
The legal operator, applicable jurisdiction, final retention rules, and any payment terms must be confirmed before these terms are published as a final agreement. Contact support@vitalo.app with questions.
